How will my orders be shipped?

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS,....See UPS shipping calculator.
 Orders normally ship within 24-48 hours, however some personalized or special order items may take 7-10 days.  Special order items are indicated as such.  Please make sure you are aware if an item is personalized or special order.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express at no additional charge to you.  All Credit Card Statements will read the charge as RK Unlimited Marketing Inc .  We also accept paypal payments.  All orders must be pre-paid before they will ship.

Is the clothing machine washable?

Yes clothing is machine washable, unless otherwise specified on label, you  may find that Christening & Baptism Clothing requires special care!

If my order is damaged upon shipment can I return it?

If you have a problem or discrepancy with an order, contact our customer service department immediately at 201-294-3156.  Please have your order number when you call.
Absolutely NO returns on printed, washed, or decorated merchandise. Garments must be inspected before printing.
All claims for shortages, damages, etc., must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.
All returns must be made within 10 days of customer's receipt of merchandise. 

Can I match colors produced by different manufacturers?

Normally colors of items from the same manufacturer will match, however, although some colors may be close from different manufacturers, never count on an exact color match. 

What ages does your clothing cover?

You will find clothing, and Item for Babies, from New Born to Toddlers up to  four  years  of age.
